Please note:

1. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due on arrival.

2. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival.

3. Check in is from 11h00 - 21h00. Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner. Please note that there is a R100 cover charge for arrivals later than 21h00.

4. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.

5. Payment may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), EFT, Direct deposits and Cheques drawn under a South African bank accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.

6. Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Please note our cancellation policy:

Cancellation made over 28 days before arrival : full refund of deposit
Cancellation made 21 - 28 days before arrival: 75% refund
Cancellation made 14 - 20 days before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellation made 7 - 13 days before arrival: 25% refund
Cancellation made within 6 days of arrival: no refund.
