Please note:
1. A 50% deposit is required when booking is made online. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received. The remaining 50% is due on or before arrival. BOOKINGS FOR HIGH SEASON PERIODS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We require a minimum of 4 nights stay for December
2. Check in is from 14h00 - 20h00 and check out time is at 10h00; unless prior arrangement is made with management.
3. No persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.
4. Payment may be made using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), EFT, Direct deposits and Cheques drawn under a South African bank accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
5. Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.
6. Any special rates received on your stay are only valid FOR the specific dates you booked for and you need to immediately follow that up by a payment to lock down that special rate.
SPECIAL RATES WILL LOOSE THERE VALIDITY AFTER 24HRS, IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

8. Cancellation Policy
Please note our cancellation policy:
Cancellation made over 30 days before arrival : full refund of deposit
Cancellation made 20 - 30 days before arrival: 75% refund
Cancellation made 15 - 20 days before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellation made 7 - 15 days before arrival: 25% refund
Cancellation made within 6 days of arrival: no refund.
Cancellation fee is calculated based on the full booking, not on the deposit.
No refund for holidays & high season bookings.
